  Good price but don't expect any service from them. I purchased a bike online. Received the delivery. All good till that point. I screw was missing to fasten the handle. Emailed them numerous time no reply. Called the store but they dont want to talk cos you purchased it online. I ended up taking the bike to the local bike store.

  Do not buy anything from Cell Bikes. Once you place your order it goes into a black hole. I tried calling the number they gave me on the order confirmation and it rang out. I then tried the number on the website and it also rang out.

  Bought a Radbot rear light from Cell. Item arrived with an exploded battery, even visible through the packaging. Light completely corroded. Tried numerous times to get a replacement but was ignored each time, also received no response from multiple emails. They then had the gall to sign me up to their mailing list from my support emails. Look at all the other unhappy reviews, it's not a coincidence.

  Good range of products in store. Store brand bikes are, spec for spec, way more than the equal of branded bikes at similar price points. Prices are generally good and the workshop staff are very helpful.

  You can sometimes stand around feeling a little neglected upon walking in but, once engaged, floor staff are helpful and informative. Recommended.
