  Well…just one step crossing over the threshold of 99 Bikes Stanmore brought relief. Without too much explanations, I was helped in a friendly and fast way. My bicycle was treated with great affection and securely enclosed in packing. Ready surviving crossing over oceans, ready to cover a lot of grounds after arriving…no matter what.

  What happened: you’re in the middle of moving houses. The hustle and bustle in and around your house is overwhelming. There is a lot to deal with, you are stumbling over the boxes and to a great deal of disaster your bicycle is standing there crestfallen with…anxious to be left behind. But…no way of me thinking of leaving my iron mate behind.

  When I was cycling home one day from work, my gear cable snapped. Fortunately, it happened not too far from 99Bikes, I went to the shop and one of the mechanics fixed the problem in a flash, did great job and really looked after me and my bike very well. Awesome service!

  Really great, friendly & courteous service. I had to visit a few times over the weekend to get a variety of parts for my bike, and as I was fixing my bike myself at a community bicycle workshop, when some of those repairs failed badly, the staff here fixed my mistakes easily, in a very friendly way! Really appreciated the service here!
